Visit the Rhode Island Voter Information Center at vote.ri.gov to register online, update your voter registration information, check your polling place, and more. The deadline for voter registration for the 2020 General Election is October 4th.

This year, there are three ways to vote in the November 2020 General Election.
1. From Home, by Mail
Around 300,000 Rhode Islanders are expected to vote by mail this year. Learn more about the process here.
Mail Ballot Application
Applications are also available at the library. Mail-in Ballot applications are due by 4pm, October 13th.
2. Early In-Person
You can cast an in-person ballot at your city or town hall October 14th through November 2nd. Find more information here.
3. On Election Day – Tuesday, November 3
It is important to confirm your polling place. Due to COVID-19, some locations are unable to serve as polling places, so you may have been assigned a new place to vote. Check your polling place here.
