This memoir goes beyond the typical sports or career narrative, delving deeply into the complexities of mental health, resilience, and finding meaning in a turbulent world. Through raw and heartfelt storytelling, he recounts a series of manic highs and debilitating lows—moments of triumph, loss, and the unwavering support of friends who helped him find his way back to himself.\n
